Terms Of Service

GENERAL

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable working on.

  • Orders are first come first serve

  • Please provide clear references if you want something specific (Inspiration for characters or poses/theme, or the feeling you want to convey)

PAYMENTS

  • Once you’ve requested a commission I will then proceed to do a rough sketch of the overall layout and composition. Once the sketch has been approved, I will require the full payment before I start to work on finessing it

REVISIONS

  • You may ask for revisions only in the sketching stage

DEADLINE AND DELIVERY

  • Usually the whole piece would take about a month to finish

  • You can ask me for an update but do not spam

  • Rushed commission would cost 25% of the full price of the piece

  • Once the commission has been finished I will send it via Google Drive link on Twitter DM

USES

  • For personal use only

  • Commercial works will require additional fees

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I retain the rights of the commissioned work and can publicly feature the work however I wish

  • DO NOT edit or sell my works

  • DO NOT use my art for NFT

  • DO NOT use my art to train AI

AI POLICY

  • Under no circumstances are you allowed to take my art (past, present, or future) and use it to train AI, enhance it using AI or tamper with it using any AI tools.

REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION

  • No refunds if the commission work has been started. If I can not deliver, a refund can be arranged.

Please note that as an artist I am constantly growing and learning new things, so there might be a slight difference, though minimal, between the earlier samples in my work and the art you will receive.
